Hi, Is there anything I need to be careful of whilst steam cleaning a td5 engine .I haven't had my 99 td5 long and want to see any little leaks etc.

Anything electrical much the same with any vehicle, so just bag-up to protect. Simples

Thought as much wasn't sure.I suppose these things get driven through rivers etc

They are, but a river is not high pressure steam.
