Hi
Seen a few posts on this BUT: I have everything ready top get the motor out. TD5 and the bottom starter motor bolt has its head totally rounded. Cant get anything to grip!!! Going to try cutting it off tomorrow if I can get the electric saw in there. Any ideas or advice. Ive tried turning it with a bar and hammer with no luck as cant get a proper swing at it. Cant get a 12 mm socket on it as again cant give it a tap where it is. I think the only option is cutting bolt off.

Open to suggestions and thanks in advance
John

+1 on the Irwins. Available from Screwfix and toolstation as well.
Base kit comes with case and half the sockets. Second pack gives you the other sockets
:D

Can recommend the irwin extractor set, got mine from toolstation, £24.50 for the starter kit with free next day delivery.

Have you got to the top bolt yet?
