235-70-16 H for a 1997 V8 disco.
My disco was fitted and still is with Goodyear Eagle GT+4
I believe some disco's came from the factory with Pirelli fitted, same spec and there's no difference in auto or manual gearbox vehicles.
The thread above does not give the speed rating and is for non standard AT & MT tyres.
The H rating is good for something like 120mph which would not worry you as your disco is a Tdi.
