Idles fine but stalls under load. Have checked EGR valve and replaced injector loom. This is a continuation of my previous thread a few weeks ago. Thought replacing the loom had cured it as it ran fine for a few days. Now having started it after a week the stalling has returned. Any ideas?

Fuel system, hp side of in tank pump, maybe injector seals.

Does it start ok?

When HP went on one of ours, it was just flat..driveable , but flat...when I changed the fuel filter it would not start. Just kept turning over .

Hmm, when mine went in disco it kept cutting out under load. Poor starting eventually as well.

Gotta love a td5

Starts and idles fine. Injector seals are new.
