can anyone tell me all the locations of the actual srs sensors on 1998 2.5dse range rover, pictures would be great. did all the usual (loose)wiring checks. Up for test soon...thanking all in advance

What's your problem?
If it's the SRS light on constantly have you checked that it's not just that one of the bulbs in the warning lamp has blown?

Well mine's a '97 V8 but I can't imagine why the crash sensors might be placed differently. In mine they are little yellow boxes just behind and slightly inboard from each headlight assembly (you need to take battery cover off to see the RH one). Bright yellow and hard to miss if I'm right about placement.

After about 98, no yellow boxes, the sensors are internal to the ECU. Low battery volts can cause a hard fault that will need diagnostics to reset. If your car has side airbags, check the under seat connectors

Three versions of single point sensor Keith. AWR6607. VIN VA350484 to WA410481. Then YWC106490 or YWC106920 from VIN XA410482 on.

Depends if side airbags are fitted.:)

No side airbags first part number. (Like mine). Side air bags and pre tensioners other two i think. (Like yours). AWR6607 no longer available (Obsolete). YWC106490 no longer available superceeded by YWC106920.
