Hi,

The problem is that the SRS light has come on. This is after the dash was taken out for the blend motors. I've tried to connect to the ECU with Faultmate with no luck. It times out. The supply is there and the coms wire is ok that goes from the SRS ECU to the diagnostic connector.

Any ideas?

the comms is irrelavant, according to RAVE, although up to 5 faults are stored in the SRS ECU, the SRS lights should go out on the next ignition cycle after the fault has been corrected. In my case the fault is due to the drivers side airbag. I am about to sort it after reading RAVE, I will let you know if the SRS light does in fact go out when I fix the fault.

It Won't Data, ........... SRS is a HARD FAULT it'll need to be "Testbooked" to remove
