I have problem with my lr freelander 2.0 Di year 2000.
Sometimes after starting the car, either in standing still or in drive when I engage turning light engine dies. If I pull the stick fast back engine starts automaticaly (when in drive) but when the car is standing it dies. Turning the ignition key it fires perfectly but still dies when the stick is engaged.

Sometimes when I lock and unlock the doors it starts behaving normal.

Again sometimes there is no problem and it is working perfectly.

And, few months ago there was another problem. Sometimes engine didn't start when I turn the key. There was no sound. When I lock and unlock the doors engine started perfectly. But with the time problem disapeared by itself.

Please help, 'cause this is my wifes' car and I am a bit worried. Thanks
