Hi all,
Last week I bought a Defender 90 which has a 300tdi engine. Its been 25 years since I last had a Landy. I am moving down to Devon next week and trying very hard to get a few minor issues with it sorted before I hit the M4 and M5. I am not a mechanic but can learn to have a go at most Land Rover issues when they arrive.
Yesterday I dropped the Landy to a window guy to have a look at the rear sliding windows and when I returned to collect I drove off and their was a loss of power.I travelled 7 miles at roughly 15 to 20 miles per hour. Plenty of diesel, all tubes to turbo connected, no gushing oil leaks,no smoke etc... Any advise from anyone would help before I take it into the garage?
