Just put 31.5X10's on my Nissan Frontier. The speedometer is off by 8 mph @
60 mph. Can the speedometer be calibrated for these tires? Also, is it
expensive?

Yes, It may be re-calibrated. No, it shouldn't be more expensive. Remember
that your truck will have less over all power now.

Yes quite true but some seem to not realize that and it also puts
added strain on the complete drive line too.
