my spare wheel cover was a bit crooked ,the bungy thing had come out of the piping ,i got the misses to sew it back up and now I cannot get the bugger back on ,I have levered it ,pushed it ,pulled it and still no joy...

looking at it it looks impossible...

any tips welcomed...

(put disco 3 but did not have a clue it`s a td5 1998]
