No it wouldn't unless the wheel has a tyre with a size to give you the same rolling diameter as the tyre fitted to your 19inch wheel, and then it won't be a "space saver". As they have skinny tyres, find a 19 inch steel wheel if possible or an 18 inch with tyre to suit.
The Honda company cars at work don't come with any spare wheels so we use a15 inch steel with a tyre to suit to match standard 16 inch alloy road wheels fitted. Like a space saver it's emergency use only.
When the company cars are replaced we keep the 15inch wheel to use in the replacement.
