ok the flooded rangey saga continues, still not totally sorted electronic issues but thats in hand so on to next prob ! the thick sound proofing foam under the carpets is sodden big time i'm trying to dry it out but what a task, the other alternative is to replace so what i want to know is whats its proper name (save me sounding like a total moron) and where in gods name will i get it from ??? once again any ideas advice recieved with thanks

I'd rip it out and replace it all with HD indutrial rubber matting If ya want to keep it, either breakers for a replacement or hang it up in ya garage for a week and it'll drip dry.

Thats sound proofing is like a sponge!Ive ripped all mine out dried the carpets seperate-taking ages!
