Hi,

My name is Brad (a newbie today) and I have just purchased a 1990 Range Rover 3.9 Auto. Apart from the horrific fuel bills, it is a cracker and I love it. I am taking it in to be undersealed this morning.

I would like some advice on the following.

Air flow meters, all terrain tyres at a reasonable price and headlights... the dipped beam is dreadful..!!

Thanks...

Bulbs - fit some 90% brighter bulbs from someone like Halfords or whoever. Or just up the wattage and fit some 90/130's or 80/120's.

Tyres - depends what you want. Remould are best value, but not to everyone's tastes. AT2's and BFG A/T's are always popular, but there's a lot of choice. Also depends how much off roading you are likely to do and on what terrain.

What's up with the MAF?

my classic ran fine on mts kt03's. and yeah get some better bulbs in there.not the easiest to change though...
