Dear forum!
I have just bought a 1956 Series I, which at some point has had a series II cab fitted; I'd like to return it to a soft top.
Theres seems to be no difference between available hoods for 86" models and 88" - is this correct?
And so would any 88" hood fit my series I, or was there some change made when the series II came out that makes hoods and frame hoops younger than 1958 incompatible?
Your help would be grately appreciated, as Im getting mightily confused, and would obviously prefer to get a suitable hood and frame second hand to reduce the cost a little! (does anyone have one for sale actually?!)
