An engineering place (the sort that skim heads etc) might be able to get it out on a mill or failing that someone with a spark eroder.

As this happened on fitting I’m assuming you’re using standard studs. If you want a set of Wurth ones then PM me

Thanks for the fast reply. i have got the old stud out and have ordered a new set of studs but need to fill the hole so i can drill and tap it. i dont have a tig welder so am at a loss

I had one on the end like that (furthest to the back of the engine) and drilled and tapped it to M10.

Well done getting stud out , how did you do it I have one snapped off in a non critical area , can you drill and tap at 12mm and clearance drill on manifold

Thats a shame.

Thought Id share my method, had 3 manifolds off now zero snapped studs. All studs replaced. No breakages!

Soak in plus gas
Go for a drive get the engine good and hot.
More plus gas
Start to remove studs, crack one one by one. Plus gas before and after.
Once all cracked. Remove nuts.

If you want to remove the studs too start straight away while the engines still warm. More plus gas.

Keep working while the engines warm.

I must have been lucky with ours as all the nuts came off OK except for one stud where there wasn't a nut. Hadn't been blowing or anything though.
