My disco smokes somewhat.

Particularly when it starts from cold. Come to think of it, it's starting to turn over for a while before springing in to life.

Once started, if i floor it the noise gets a bit louder but revs dont increase for a few seconds. Sounds like it's only firing on 3 cylinders, then after perhaps 5 seconds the revs go up a shade, i hear the turbo spin up and the revs pick up quite well. While this all lappens, thick light grey smoke billows out. Once warm, things are much better (almost right, infact...)

Have changed the fule filter, drained the sedementer and fitted a new air cleaner and cleaned the crankcase breather filter. no change - if anything it's getting worse.

Also have oil leaks from rocker cover gasket and cylinder head gasket, and the rear 2 or 3 " of the inlet manifold, the metal heater inlet pipe where it joins the rubber pipe before going through the bulkhead are getting sprayed in oil.

the breather pipe from the breather fileter to the turbo is soaked in oil at the turbo end.

And an oil leak from the sump gaskett.

I'm guessing
1) cylinder head & rocker cover head gasketts need changing.
2) renew the breather hose
3) sump gaskett ( rtv silicone) needs re-doing but unconnected to the fault)

Anything else likely to be the problem?

(once this is done, i intend to service the heck out of it - had it 2 months and previous owner has "lost" the service book. I've got a recent invoice for a cambelt change, but that's it. All fluids etc will be renewed.....)
