Evening all.Im currently rebuilding an old sIII, as a part of the rebuild I bought a new wiring loom. all went well until I tried to connect the ignition switch - I have three brown(one with big spade), one brown and red(big spade), one white and one white and red wire.now the wiring diagrams say to connect the brown and red to terminal 1 (big spade so ok), the white and red to terminal 2 (little spade so not ok) white to terminal 3 (ok) and browns to terminal 4 (three separate wires not ok...). At first I thought the problem was that a previous owner had used a petrol switch (my siii is a diesel) so I ordered a new one - you can imagine how I felt when I opened the box today to find the exact same switch...So Im wondering if anyone can shed some light on how I should wire this switch - perhaps you can get me a picture of your? any help much appreciated.many thanks, J
