Check your crankcase breather non return valve.... Pull the pipe from the cam cover off the valve and see if it puffs smoke when the engine is running ...
ANY diesel engine with a closed crankcase breather system will have oil residue in all of the intake pipework.
The breather pipe has to be before the turbo otherwise the turbo would pressurise the crankcase.
