hello to all, just bought my fist range rover 1997 p38 hse, am not new to thye land rover world as have been runnin a def 90 v8 hybrid for last couple o years, however the luxurious new world of range rover came a calling due transport of rug rats.
The RR is super apart from the orrible standard 16" alloys that make it look "cheap", ive been browsing and can find a lotta lovely rims but generaly at 19" and above, so i shall ask the wise bods at landy zone,
1/ can i fit bigger wheels?
2/ I am aware of the centres being different sizes and have been made aware of the "shim" kits
3/if i fit bigger how big can i go?
4/ will it have effect on suspension on full low setting, will they catch?
5/ what about speedo, will i have to have a conversion jiggery pokery thing fitted to adjust?
shurley someone out there has the same taste/ idea as me, let me know.
thanks inadvance

iam still nick but now not so noisy ( untill i change the exhaust system!!!)

first of all welcome to range rover land, secondly get rid of the kids, you will find it more morally acceptable than remortgaging the house every 2 minutes.

if you must keep the damn thing the i have 19 inch l322 wheels on mine, got em off fleebay, 120 quid inc good tyres and 25 wheel nuts inc lockers. fit perfect, didn't use spigot rings as they are tight on the hub centre. not had any issues whatsoever.
