Just bought a nice set of 2nd hand Mud terrian tyres on a set of LWB Series rims. I alway thought that the Series rims wouldn't fit the Discovery but I tried them anyway and they seem to fit ok! Has anyone out there ran a discovery on LWB rims? They would only be fitted when off-roading. I've got an eye on a set of Disco steel rims to transfer the tyres over onto but if the LWB rims are ok then that saves me a couple of quid!

They are fine! I used to run a set on my disco with muds fitted.
