Not knowing anything about the older landrovers at all i spotted an old series II the other day with a badge on the grille saying "Eagle desiel".Anybody know if this is a type of engine or engine conversion as it didn't look like somthing that had had been randomly stuck on the grille.I don't ever remember seeing the badge before on any other landys.

mmmmm! dun know. just a thought here but are you sure it didn't say "eagle diesel" as that would make a tad more sense that a " eagle desiel"
