Afternoon folks. New member here. After 43 years in the same job the time has come for a well earned rest. I have in my possession a series 111 station wagon waiting to go back on the road. I am in Ireland and the landy in question was originally an English reg. I have tried to get some history on it but can only get back as far as 1977.nothimg before that. Reg number is sca560v and was registered in 1980. Any help would be much appreciated. There will be many posts from me looking for help in the not so near future as I try to return it to its full glory. Thanks in advance. John

The 'CA' part of the registration shows it as first registered in Denbighshire (North Wales). DVLA are more guarded about giving out info these days, due to data protection and all that.

I assume you have tried the UK DVLA history service/MOT checker. Check the MOT history of a vehicle - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Just had a quick look using the reg and they show MOT history going back to 21 Sept 2005. If you have the numbers from the V5C document then you should be able to delve deeper into anything on their database. Do the customs boys at your end not have any information from the import records. Cheers.Ian
