Hi

My series 3 gearbox has stopped working in 1st and Reverse.

I think it needs some kind of overhaul.

Any help would be excellent.

Hi

Sounds like the Selector fork may have become warn in some way or the shafts/gears inside the box have become warn

Best idea (if you have the area) is the take the box out and strip it replacing anything broken/warn.
