I'm currently on the look out for a Series 3 109.

I'm looking for something that needs a bit of work, but not a complete rebuild.

Near to Derby would be ideal too.

Thanks

you have mentioned trans and chassis welding/plating in the past. was a bit of
banter.......... easy ;)

Yes the chassis has been welded in places and the quality of which was complimented on by the mot inspector who also said it's a very solid chassis generally. He could only find one section that showed any sign of thinning even though I asked him to give it a good going over as I was weighing up whether to keep the 2a or the ambulance.......I cut it out and welded in flush anyway even though it wasn't even an advisory in his mind.

So fook orf

Anyone who buys one of my Landys will know everything I know about it before parting with a penny

This one is available in Billingshurst West Sussex

66000 miles, 1983, looks scruffy but passed its MOT a few months ago with NO Advisories - solid as a rock and done 100 miles since then.

Fully winterised - all working - huge heater betwwen seats - 2.25 petrol

Obviously ex-army.

Runs as sweet as you would wish - very quiet and smooth

A bag of sand will get it

PM me and I will put you in touch with the owner
