If you can't afford a new (would be repaired, I am not sure of anyone doing repros???) you will have to repair what you have. I would say buy a second hand one in better nick, but there are so many variations in the bulkhead design, depends on how "correct" you want it.
Door pillars, footwells, and top corners can be bought as repair panels, you can even get nice ribbed footwells now.
 
ok yeah ive thought about reapairing mine but i think the top corner are way past that. i have been hunting on ebay to find a better one to repair but they are either well expensive bout 7oo quid or really far away and not sure how to go about sorting courier as i dont know weight and dimensions etc???

its a 2a bulkhead hes mending, cornflake boxes are only strong enough for series 3 repairs,although it may look the part with a couple of coats of paint,try not to drive in the rain before mot
 
hahaha guess what guys...i got a bulkhead...and what a bloody bargain....kellogs buy 1 get 1 free...hahaha just kidding...ebay £38 gobsmacked...will upload before and after pics back end of december !!!!
