As above, SP have a range, but there are early Disco 200s that are not covered. The threads on these are fine metric, I had to buy a die and make my own. I have a spare somewhere if you don't have any luck with the pre-bought. Do you know what year the engine is?

Cheers. I’ve read through how you did it. How easy was it to push out the old sender from its case?

Iirc, it was just a matter of pliers and force. It's just nylon.
