Not been around for a while!
My disco-2 secondary air injection (SAI) pump whines on start-up and in turn make the yellow engine warning light come on. I understand the SAI help get the catalytic converter going and minimise nast emissions. I have LPG so not so much of a problem. However, the yellow light ****es me off. Does anyone know if the SAI pump can EASILY be repaired (was a youtube film but that has been deleted/changed) or do I have to buy a new one because that is about £200 or $139 plus postage if from the States for a reconditioned one.
