I'm thinking of swaping my seats for a pair of these, Robin hood westfield locost caterham seats narrow pair on eBay (end time 22-Dec-10 22:15:12 GMT). I currently have a pair of Mitsubishi Evo5 Recaro's, but they're a little bit too big and now I have a truck cab fitted space is really at a premium! I was thinking of putting the Recaro's into my BMW 328 and fitting MX5 seats till I spotted these on ebay. I would really like some new Defender seats from an '07 model, but they're £150 each!
 
I have got bucket seats in my 90 truck cab and room is a bit of an issue but what really do you want to carry in the middle between the seats???
 
got a pair of buckets out me 110 up for sale :D both in they left just enough room to squeeze in the center seat if wanted or a cubby box easily, which i just happen to also have up for grabs! :p:D
 
They look thin which is good - but in all honesty they don't look terribly well made. The vinyl looks baggy in several areas and the gatherings on the base don't look that well attached. And thats before they've even been sat on.

I've got some MGF seats sitting here in the loft awaiting fitment. Form what I can see they don't look all that much fatter where it matters. But more to the point they do look very well put together.

Best I saw recently was a set of VX220 / Elise seats. Insanely thin but designed with 'ProBax' for exceptional ergonomics.... And they only went for £250ish

Ha! already sold that one, now buying a newer one ex BSB, starting racing again next yr. Anyway I allready have some nice seats Mitsubishi Ev0 5 Recaro's, but it's a bit of a tight squeeze with them in, hence looking at 2 seater sports car seats.

Just sold my GSXR 1000k8 race bike (see avatar),too long and heavy,steering a little slow, looking for 2010 fireblade or maybe 2011 ZX10r if I can sort enough sponsorship for next year.
 
you guys need to buy a real mans bike.. Fireblade...
when im out all i see is birds on gixxers...

This 'bird' lapped Cadwell park in a genuine 1.36.7secs on a GSXR last year, not bad for an old fooker! :D:D:D
 
As long as it's the new blade then I will let you off. But never had a blade come past me. The gsxr is for nutters so it suited me down to a T
 
Naaa. not the new one...
I have the last of the real blades, the 954 RR3...

the 954's were the last blades to be designed by Tadao Baba, the brain behind the bike that changed sport bikes...

Not a fan of the newer blades.... just dont like what they have done with the side fairings and other bits.
 
naa, not really to be honest..

has quite a lot of poke on it, K&N, dynojet, power commander, custom map and scorpion can..

tops up at 194 :D (on the Autobahn)
