my sons landy has had the seat bases eaten by what must have been an extremely hungry doggie.... so we do need some seat bases, well i do,.... sitting on a couple of cushions is NOT comfy. tried the local scrap yards, an nothin going..anyone any idea if another cars seats will fit, or can be made to fit easily. has anybody fitted different seats and was there much involved in getting them to fit.
 
Do a search this has been covered more times than I've been insulted. and try looking for replacement seat bases they int expensive..

I fitted bucket seats in mine to the original seat sliders.
Still have the originals if your interested?
 
Yup - Bay of the E - plenty change hands on there.

Or if you're feeling flush, Exmoor Trim do some nice replacement stuff too. Depending on how knackered the originals are, you could always retrim them yourself. The Exmoor Trim kits come with new foams and covers.
