Hi, what want to do is install lap belts on the sideways facing bench seats in the back of my 110 CSW.

Would someone who has factory-fitted ones be able to tell me how the belts are anchored? I can then copy the reinforcements and it should be as good as. You'll just need to stick your head up in the rear wheel arch and see what's on the back of the bolts. Also, do the adjacent belts share the same mounting point between them?

Get a nice big long piece of thick plate, maybe 7mm, drill your holes, then mark out the holes on the plate, give the mating surfaces a good clean and coat of paint (don't want trapped moisture to corrode them) and blast some seal round the outside edges, that will give you a good solid anchor right along the back arch.
