When I try to do a search on my iPhone it doesn't work.
When I try to type in the search box it disappears.
 
If you do not zoom in etc just scroll back to search and tap again you can continue typing and search to your hearts content
 
I had this happen yesterday and found that by clicking on advanced search you can type your search without any problems.
 
Talking of disappearing I worked out the tread search issue but I have noticed when a thumb nail has been inserted of a picture when you move it to see the moment you take your finger of it disappears I have learnt to use the two finger move it method any idears ????
