Even when stationery if I turn my steering hard full lock I get a noise I can only describe as a cross between a scream and a quack. Presumably power steering pump but why??

You are supposed to use steering fluid not Duck oil.

I think all power steering does this if held at full lock and its not healthy for componants.

And I trod on a duck once and they don't scream, sort of a loud honk.
T'was me pet duck and she suffered no injury and lived to be 16
