Did ebay respond to you in any way when you reported them?
Yes, I forgot this ad had many other vehicles in 'other items', so they are all ridiculously cheap but what are the mechanics of the scam?
Photo's may show rough address of vehicle in the nav image, does anyone here know this address, and seller perhaps?

I dont think that e bay contacted me, but they removed the ads. I think that the seller wants you to e mail them then they infect your computer maybe

This probably.:(

I recall when I advertised my l322 I was hounded by a scammer claiming to be an off-shore worker who wanted to buy it for HER 17yo son, 'she' wanted my paypal details to do an immediate payment and arrange collection.....yeah right, I basically said cash only deal and after a few more attempts at getting my details 'she' gave up.

Odd how everything for sale is less than £6000...

It's a magic figure that some may feel is affordable perhaps, but a basic reconnoitre through similar ads gives normal savvy individuals a clue as to the going rate of such vehicles surely, that and decent feedback scores.
All these ads are usually very similar listings with the emphasis on you contacting via email or phone for full details.

Unconnected there is also a trade ad for a 2006 TDV8 with 288k for £6500(was £6900), but Parkers value it at £3500 retail!!

Weird.... as I mentioned the above ad was on all last week, maybe even longer but it popped back on the bay in the last half hour,,,,,,soon as I link it on here it has vanished, using the item number it isn't there?

IT WAS ITEM NUMBER 222385851065
