Hi everyone. I cannot remember how long I have been lurking in the shadows of LandyZone but I thought it was about time I introduced myself. I went and collected a Freelander this morning. The last Land Rover I owned was many years back - was an Disco with lots of rust.
Anyway, the Freelander is a 2004 model. Its an automatic TD4. Not really a lot to say. It works OK. It has some scratches and age related marks. I plan to re-fit the prop-shaft that had been removed historically (for "Economy" apparently) and generally just clean it up.
So, no exciting plans or exciting threads coming from this owner Im afraid.
