Just got myself a 1965 s11a swb petrol. All seems nice and original and working well apart from the rear left hand side indicator. The bulb is fine but I can't find any power getting to the bulb holder. Where physically on the vehicle is the feed split between the front indicator (which is working, but a little fast) and the rear so that I can track down the fault. Don't think any other road user seems to understand my hand signals! Cheers for any help!

follow the line/loom backwards from the rear flasher light unit.
you will most likely find a problem between there and the dash.

im not exactly sure where the actual divide is, too long since i last worked on a 2a.

have a look at the loom where it rises into the rear tub just behind the indicator light itself ,thats here mine was playing up ,had to cut and rejoin the bullet connectors

thought i was gonna be in for all sorts of probs ,had dashboard in bits ,then figured id start from furthest end and work forwards ,checked bulb and earths ,then realised id got no supply to injicator unit ,and was a duff bullet connector at rear of injicator unit
