Looking at rustproofing and found Rust Buster of East anglia.
They quote £150.00 - £170.00 to waxoyl a 4x4, and state
I sent them a message to ask if they did inside the chassis box sections or if this was extra. Here is the reply.
So, apparently, rust protection is not necessary inside the box sections...
And I thought that was the worst place for rust...

Your car will be thoughly steam cleaned to remove dirt, grease, loose rust and any previous undersealants. It will be left to dry.
Black waxoyl is usually applied unless you specify clear as we feel this gives a more pleasing effect on the eye. The waxoyl is applied underneath and to the wheel arches. Basically all metal areas exposed to the elements.
Finally your vehicle is given a full body wash to remove any excess.

Thank you for contacting Rust Buster of East Anglia.
The quoted price includes a full steam to the vehicle, and waxoyl applied to all visible areas which are exposed to the elements underneath including the wheel arches.
If you would like the waxoyl applied inside the cavities then this would be extra, although in our experience this is a process that is not really necessary and being honest one that you also cannot prove to be done.
If you need any more information or would like to book please call 01603 400559.
