Here's a review of my old set of tyres before I upgraded to Cooper STT's (did a review of those too):

First of all, if you didn't know already, the Enduro A/T tyres are a budget all terrain tyre. However unlike many others in this price range they are not a retread. When I first got my Land Rover these tyres seemed like a good choice considering the money and type of driving at the time.

On the road:

On the tarmac, these tyres are fairly quiet and handle relatively well in all conditions from snow to wet roads. So here, they get a good overall score from me - nothing amazing but they certainly do the job. Under braking and cornering they seem to provide ample grip in most conditions. Their weakest surface would probably be ice and compacted snow but lets face it unless you've got winter or studded tyres on, most struggle here.

Off road:

Here is where I have been truly amazed by these tyres. I would always air them down to about 20psi to get maximum use out of them. I mean of course they are not going to be as good as an aired down mud tyre but you wont believe the places they've found traction in and pulled me through. I've been to pay and plays on dry, wet and snowy days and they seemed just about as happy in all of them.

Although I've come very close alot of the time, I have only ever gotten stuck twice with these tyres and that was taking on some muddy water pits where the truck bottomed out as they were not tall enough (31/10.5/r15). In other situations where the tyres have struggled to grip, I kicked the revs up and they always seemed to just about pull through.

Other considerations:

In terms of wear, they seem to last pretty well and having being a cheap tyre they have a reasonably good rip/chip resistant rubber compound. They don't look to bad for an AT either.

Conclusion:

For a cheap tyre. I cannot praise these enough. If you're looking for a budget all terrain tyre that's going to last and keep up to the demands of occasional off-roading or green laning - these are your best bet. Always remember, you're tyre is only as good as your pressure!

+1 I have these (235 85 R16) on my 90 and I agree, for a budget tyre they are pretty good. I rate them better than the Pirelli Scorpions I had fitted before.

I work for a tyre shop and don't usually rate budget tyres because they were out quick so you end up paying for more tyres in the long run.
I have these fitted to my disco 1 and although I haven't had it long or been off road they do seem good tyres for road. They also balance up easy which tends to point towards a good tyre.
I would go for these again

got these on my 110,good though they are i am upgrading to BF GOODRIDGE A/T,which TBH,are far superior, last longer, and have reinforced sidewalls and far better grip, the enduro will cost you between 80-90 fitted, the bfg a/t depending where you go will be 127-187 fitted

I had these as well.. Came on my Landy when I got it but we're great on road (I did plenty of 100 mile trips) and good off road too... Only got stuck a couple of times in really wet places! Now I've got insa turbo dakars but if I was using my Landy mainly on road I would definitely buy a new set of the enduros!

Not that I am putting them down (I've never owned any so I'll take your word) but I have seen others running the BFG AT and they've never really seemed to do them any favors other than last a very long time. Off road they never seemed to get them any places I couldn't with the Enduro's. But of course, if you were planning on using them for a long trip they would be ideal due to their legendary ruggedness. I love my STT's now - wouldn't have anything else. Fantastic tyre. See my review on here of those if you are interested.
