300tdi defender runs on for about a second or 2 after taking key out only just started to do it

Looked into this run away diesel but it doesnt max out it just idles so hoping it isnt that

I'm going to replace start stop solinoid anything else I should be looking into

stop solenoid and feed to it is going off straight away

Just need to locate solinoid
Done a search and apparemntly I have to smash a plastic cap off of somesort to get to it eekk!!

you might if its got the box over solenoid ,normally you break it off and leave it off and just fit one ignition feed to solenoid as other pumps ,but can be removed if you can get snapped head bolts out
