They were showing this film on the telly where Helen Mirren plays the Queen. She takes a P38 for a drive and the propshaft falls off! :eek::eek::eek:

Not the smartest bit of LR product placement, then. :rolleyes::rolleyes:

my bad. never saw it m'self, was my girlfriend who told it to me as taking a dig at my car. thanks for giving me a comeback and so nice that you watched "The Queen" in its entirety! :D (yes i saw the IMCDb ref, just having fun with ya!)

lol no problem ....i have actually watched it .......lol.....
 
There was an RRC in a great car chase on some film over Christmas (some Steven Seagal cop movie I think), got shot full of holes and driven through a plate glass window. Looked cool though!

Also didn't the guy in Snatch drive a RRC, his buddy flung the pint of milk out the window to cause the crash.
 
Just watching some auf wiedersehen pet spinoff and the ruskie gangsters are driving a nice SWB series
 
Was a yellow P38 in Layer Cake as Pikey said, and also a "Tomb Raider Edition" 110, which got shot at the finish, and Daniel Craig was in Tomb raider too i belive....if you want some movie trivia. :rolleyes:

that the one where he jumps out the door just before it crashes and kills the bird thats driving it?
