Sorry in advance for this question. I feel this should be common sense but my brain is really letting me down.

I have just received my new suspension springs for my range rover classic. They are standard springs. Basically my question is do the longer ones go on the front or the back? The longer pair have a green stripe and the other pair has a blue stripe.

I threw the old springs months ago, and I can't find the answer any ware, presumably because it's so obvious? I find this even more worrying given the fact that I am rebuilding my car now after a top off strip down
