I have had my heater blower motor fail, or the wiring to it, or the heater resitor pack.. or a relay whose location I am not aware of.. (idally the last one)
Allegedly on my 1992 Vouge SE the resistor is not under the decker panel (and from having removed it 4 months back I don't recall seeing it) but on the side of the blower motor assembly. This is of course in the side of the heater box, and the air con bits mean I can't even see it!.
However occasionally the heater fan does work, and on all speeds! (this is very rare, but does happen) and I was told there was a relay between the switch and the motor, if this is so.. where is it?
If the above is not so, or turns out not to be faulty.. how do I get the heater box out without disturbing the currently fully opperational R12 A/C system? as it looks difficult to say the least!
Finding a wiring diagram for this seems impossible, its omitted from the haynes, the CD I have sems to only show the soft dash system, so does anyone know where I might find the diagram for the system in a late non soft dash classic? it can't be that complicated I know, but I can't help feeling things would be simpler to fix with the diagram!
