Hi, i need a steering wheel , I have just bought a classic Range Rover with a removable steering wheel, but hate it. Been offered a wheel from a Discovery 2.
Does anyone know if it will fit my classic ?

Think there’s two different spline types - definitely is on defender. You need to know your spline number.

Im sure RRC have 36 splines & D2's have 48.

Is there an adapter in use with that red steering wheel?
Standard wheel is on a solid splined shaft with a threaded end & uses a nut & washer to retain it - the photo makes it look as though there is a hole in the end of the shaft but that might just be the photo!

According to LR cat the Disco 2 wheel is retained with an M12 nut with what looks like a built in washer. Part no DBP3067L
