I have HSE and the PTI only works in Bluetooth. Dealer says cannot fully connect phone as does not have the full PTI (modules etc).
Dealer says cannot be retro fitted, but knowing electronics, it can only be extra parts that need to be fitted.
I have full multi function steering wheel etc and the functions on there all work (talk to me and ask for phone input etc).
Has anybody come across the problem and can something be done.
The dealer sold me the car with full PTI, but now says cannot do anything for me........... Help please.
