Real Steel suggest the Moroso advance retard kit as a replacement for the bob weighs and springs on my 35DLM8. Has anybody else used them?
Reason: I took the rotor off and cleaned my dizzy the other day (RR 3.9Efi engine but running on carbs) and couldn't get the cap back on. Turned out the springs on the bob weights had come off and the weights out of their sockets. I put it all back together and it's running ok but one of the springs was a little bent. I've tried to get some new ones but not ones seem to have any.
