Hi
I've a Range Rover Classic 1992 3.9 V8 - I seem to have a leak from the front exhaust manifold/gasket on both banks and was directed to this part number, ERR6733 which looking into it seems to be for the P38? Im puzzled as I am very careful to buy the correct parts but I clearly wouldnt order something for a P38 or doesnt clearly say its a RR Classic.

So can anyone help with the correct part number please? I would like the metal gaskets rather than paper or other types
Thanks
Simon

I believe the early manifold gaskets got replaced with a more updated design to be quieter, maybe that's where your confusion stems

The P38 gaskets are thicker and last a lot longer than the thin metal ones fitted to R/R Classics. They're also easier to fit as each one fits two ports. The early ones can be a bit of a fiddle.
