Dunno, I haven't looked for years but my last experience was as you have said.... I still have mine and would have sold it for over a grand......Keep in mind that one is in Liverpool though..... surprised it doesn't have someone still sleeping in it when they nicked itHave prices come down or is the one linked above a real bargain? When I was looking before I went to Morocco roof tents even second hand were over £1k so I went with a drop down tent instead that clips to the roof rack and then sits on the floor (so no poles) as that as a more civilised price
