Anybody out there know of a Rolling Road which can be used for testing the output of an engine upgrade. The price for using it would also be helpful.

Hi chaps,
The reason for the rolling road, well using the ordinary road and the spedo will not tell you the alleged increase in torque after having an engine upgrade, not cheap to have done. Now a rolling road will give you a reading of the increase of torque [power] after having an expensive upgrade fitted.
