I am wanting to repaint my 90 but in a modern colour and on the cheap so i am considering doing it with a roller, can anyone enlighten me......
Anyone repainted a landy with a roller?
Did it give a decent finish?
have you got a pic?
Why not to,do it a differen't colour?
thankyou please!

Use a brush.

In the good old days ALL "coach-painting" was done with brushes.

Using suitable paints and some care, and outstanding finish can be obtained.

I worked for a trucking company in the 1960s and all their trucks were brush-painted and they looked great.

rollere painting is quick, fun and easy! i have NO experience painting but recently painted up some new doors of mine donated by trewy :) i couldnt believe the ex finish i got. there is a link on here somewhere for a coachpainting website with some good tips, if, like me, you have never undertaken a paint job before. also buy a selection of good quality brushes for those hard to reach spots and masking tape to blank off anything you dont want to cover!

what colour you going from and too what? some work well some dont... so i been told :)

do a search, plenty of tech. and advice on the best way to go about it

:D :D :D

no pics of them fitted. the paint match i got with deep bronze green was spot on. but when i went laning and they got a little wet the colours were diff and you could clearly see the diff from the doors to the body. why is this?
