I doubt it very much, the sliders I have just bought (from this outfit Landrover Defender 90 Rock Tree Sliders (pair) at a very reasonable price 
) have two mountings, the front one is secured by the bolt that connects the chassis outrigger to the bulkhead. The rear mounting is a tube that slides into the tubular outrigger that carries the front outer body tub brackets. If my memory serves me correctly the series chassis has a fabricated outrigger rather than a tubular one. So I don't think it would be possible to fit them.
