Does a TD V6 engine bolt on to the TD V8 bell housing?

I can't find a V8 anywhere at a reasonable price.

No idea, but the V6 breaks crankshafts

Mechanical compatibility is the least of your problems, integrating a different engine ECU into the overall system will be the biggest problem.

I think 2.7 and 3.6 Ecus can talk, but 4.4 is different altogether.

It'll cost much more to create the version you want, than simply buying it.

But there's a difference of two injectors?
You'd have to reprogram the ecu?

That's assuming the same ECU.

There not going to be are they or all the models would have the same ecus. As we know, more models makes for more expense in design and manufacturing...

From what i has seen of under the bonnet of the v6 and a v8 there are a hell of a lot of differences to over come.
